It is normal - because few things in human sexuality can be considered abnormal. Hair grabbing and pulling is a power thing that many couples enjoy.
If you enjoy it - fine. IF you do not enjoy having your hair pulled - also fine. You DON'T have to agree to everything your partner wants.
Me, I absolutely HATE having my hair pulled. Especially after getting my hair done and spending $$$ on it. Hands in hair - possible under certain conditions but pulling - NO!
