You might ask her what she no longer likes about the activity. Making love is a partnership in which we explore and learn together. If there is something that is being done that she does not like then asking her for a critique can be useful.
If she does not like to do it then something has changed, only she knows so she is the person to ask for information.
If it hurts, then there are ways to prevent this. If you are fingering her before she is very highly aroused then you are doing it to early.
Man or woman, anal stimulation is very pleasurable when done after a person is very aroused and nearing an orgasm. If you are doing it before she is then this is very likely why she is unhappy.
