OK first of all, if we could use adult words instead of street slang that's misspelled on purpose it would help a ton. There would be far fewer people incredibly annoyed. You can't expect intelligent answers if you ask unintelligible questions.
And secondly, (keeping in mind that I'm female and what I'm about to say is true for me but I don't know about men) normally even when I have to do both in the same trip, they don't happen truly simultaneously. Can you stand and pee, then when you're done, turn around and sit, holding it up?
