what i do with my girlfriend is i make the devil horn sign. the sign that at metal concerts with the index finger up the thund in by your palm, and the middle and ring finger down and the pinky up. use the middle and ring finger to finger her and when you get inside move them up and down. like almost as your trying to smack your palm with your middle and ring finger. girls love it. they'll go nuts.
