When T and I lived over 2 hours apart we used to do this now and again. Loved it, but he's better IRL than I am with him on the phone
I also never got any good at doing the talking.
The other thing I've found very hot, but we've only done it once, is him talking, but in person. He'd touch me just slightly now and again, in the places he was talking about, to accentuate what he was saying. He ended up getting me to a point of begging him to do it for real.
