I've dated guys 10 yrs older than me when I was that age. I can be a lot of fun. However, there is a lot of maturing and changing that goes on between 20 and 30. Either he has matured and the two of you won't be able to connect much. Or he has not matured, and you may be stuck with a guy who's stuck as a mental teen for years to come. I'd say do it as a wonderful, fun, youthful fling. But don't go picking out the Wedding decorations yet, if you know what I mean. Time will tell where yours ends up. Why not try it? Take one day at a time and have fun!
And my track record: first bfriend was 10 yrs my senior and we seriously thought about marriage and kids (until I went off to college and things changed). Few years later I dated a coworker who was also 10 yrs my senior, and it was fun but didn't go as well. He wasn't evil but being a bit immature for his age, he was also a bit manipulative; me being a teen/early-20s I was naive and didn't realize I was being manipulated -- not so healthy for me.
