I'm new here and if I may add my two cents.
First, and I wish I could quote you the source, but I read once where your body (genes/DNA etc.) is designed to reproduce and when you masturbate it knows that you are not mating (similar to a wet dream) thus it does not ejaculate the same amount of sperm as it does when you are "mating" theoretically to store some should you have the opportunity to reproduce.
That said, if you want to masturbate everyday, trying edging or masturbating up to but stopping just short of ejaculation. This does a couple of things for you. First it does store your cum. Secondly, it trains you to discipline yourself not to cum when the sensation first hits. Finally, by exercising the Kegel muscles (those used to stop the flow of urine or when you cum) when you ejaculate, you will shoot harder.
I'm in my mid-forties and I masturbate everyday to target and work the Kegel muscles and to help desensitize my penis but I don't ejaculate.
I don't take medications but do take vitamins and supplements and I exercise daily, including (and don't snicker) yoga. I haven't seen my ejaculate reduce in amount and if anything there appears to be more, though that may be perception.
I hope this helps.
