There is a lot of good advice on this thread and I hope people will try to evaluate what is relevant to them. At the end of the day, the laws of the land cannot make for a perfect society. Only the majority of people can act in a way which will give us a safe society.
I am just a bit worried that people who spend 4 or 5 hours a day mesmerized by a mobile sending text messages are missing out on something.
Think carefully.
