I looked it up and am really out of my depth for the posterior fornix. I think it is very deep in the vagina, in fact there is a reference to a 'cul-de-sac' which I suppose is the 'dead-end' of the vagina. (Although it may be far from 'dead'!) We blokes are hopeless without a Satnav,
