Its all personal preference. I don't really care for it b/c it is messy and I coined it being "drippy".
It starts to dribble out and then once you stand up the inside of ur thighs are wet lol.
Just get a towel or something to wipe it up but I tended to dribble for a bit later... so I usually ended up putting on underwear w/ a pantyliner
Other folks have stated they could care less and just sleep in the wet spot lol
