Brandye is right, its a low chance you are.
You can get 'spotting' which is bleeding when pregnant, it can be mistaken for a period but it tends to be light red and is tiny in amount compared to a period.
And yeh the cramps can really be anything.
You should wait until your ready, and if you are ready for a child then look for signs like, tiredness, hunger, lack of period, spotting, short-tempered, hardened lower abdomine and morning sickness or feeling dizzy.
Have you been having your perios for two years now? You need to look at your personal life if you are not pregnant but the periods continue to be erractic. Stress can consequent in irregular periods.
