There is a difference between ejaculating in a mouth and the owner of the mouth ultimately swallowing the semen.
First of all, I would talk to her about all this. Communication is key to a successful relationship, sexual or otherwise.

If wondering what to do with the ejaculate once it is in her mouth, she can simply deposit it into a tissue or wash cloth. No big deal.
So, learn what her objection is, explain what your desire is, and see if she is willing to learn more about the matter and then perhaps permit this. Ultimately, the decision is hers and you must live with it.
