For males circumcised as infants, we have no basis for comparison.
For males circumcised as adults, you have a basis for comparison.
Men with foreskins benefit from having sensitive nerve endings in the glans as well as surrounding it with those within the foreskin. It's double your pleasure, double your fun. Those of us who were "cut" as infants go thru life with no other frame of reference. For years the nerves in our glans have been exposed to the elements and constant rubbing against clothing, reducing our total sensitivity. As pleasurable as stimulating our penis is, more intense sensations are possible by having an intact penis.
As for intercourse, much depends upon whether or not a man's foreskin is retractable and if so how easily or freely it retracts. The next part of the equation is whether or not he wears a condom which will reduce any man's sensitivity.
Some men have reported that engaging in intercourse with the foreskin retracted is more than they can tolerate, other men are OK with it retracted or moving back and forth while stroking. This is something only personal experience can answer.
Maintaining a healthy penis is easier sans foreskin because it is easier to clean. Is your question academic or are you considering becoming circumcised? If so, you will probably have a few months of hyper sensitivity because of your exposed glans. Later, you will find that the exposure as noted will not bother you and you will become used to the reduced sensitivity. Do people like the difference? I only know of one man who as an adult had his foreskin removed for medical reasons. He has reported that he does not like the "new" penis, although, we have not discussed the matter lately.
I hope this is of help. Why did you ask?
