That is actually a very hard question to answer both because there is very little good science on the issue and a lot of beliefs. We do know that simply by the glands being exposed there is some nerve damage, but to what extent we do not know. Also there can be sensitive tissue removed such as the inner foreskin and in some cases the frenulum. Both of these contains a fare number of nerve ending. Once again we do not know to what extent that this affects ones sex life. There are some men that have been circumcised as an adult and say that it improved there sex life. There are also men that say it harmed their sex life. I have a friend that is looking in to foreskin restoration because he is so dissatisfied with his circumcised state. The problem is this question is mostly personal option.
