I believe that most state have it that if you (16) take nude pic of your self and send it to somebody (doesn’t matter what the age is), you will still be arrested and charge for solicitation of child porn.
When these kids put them self in the situation, they are not aware of what they are doing to them self. Just think how the parents feel about it too.
