I have to disagree with the numbing cremes. I had a mild case of PE as well and tried the cremes out and the numbing condoms. They worked for me occasionally but more often than not it would also make her numb. I'm sure there are ways to avoid it but taking so many steps to avoid blowing your load too soon only puts that much more pressure on you. More pressure means you're more than likely going to finish even sooner. I had the problem that it would take too long to numb my penis and I'd cum early again and just end up cleaning up a finally numb penis in that bathroom. Or, it would work fine but then I'd end up with no feeling at all and go limp after 10-15 minutes. All of that really ruins sex.
Evil is right on all of those points. But, realistically you may not be able to masturbate before sex and number 5 would *probably* piss your GF off.
If you're not living together then start masturbating once or twice a day as Evil said. Thats how I beat my PE. I used to only last 7 or 8 minutes but now I'm good for 30-45. It does take patience and self control though. If you are living together then this can be harder to accomplish but that really only hinges on yours and hers attitude and openness about sex.
Make sure you communicate your feelings on this problem with your significant other as well. Tell her about your plan to start masturbating for longer periods of time (I will for 35-45 minutes each session... buy a lot of lube for this because you can damage the skin and tissue of your member without it) and suggest that she help you out with it. My fiance was and still is happy to take a small break in between positions if I feel like I'm getting close too soon. Dont stop everything though because thats just a downer for her. It's a perfect time to perform oral on one another or use toys. Just get back to where you left off after a few minutes or after she orgasms.
