I am not a man and, therefore, do not have the frenulum that is giving you trouble. Many men have this problem. It has to do with the skin that attaches the prepuce, or foreskin, to the base of the glans penis. Many doctors and all urologists can deal with this problem quite simply right in the office. You start by telling your doctor exactly what you have stated here.
You will be out of action for a few days.
