Several positions are possible and for variety and spice, try different orientations once in a while. The "Kiven method" is a good one to drive her wild especially after she has been very highly aroused. Orient your body at right angles and then use your tongue to massage her clitoris back and forth (side to side rather than up and down as with the usual orientations)
It is important to know and understand that the clitoris and penis have the same origins; however, the clitoris is only a fraction of the size. That said, it also has the same number of sensitive nerve endings as the Glans of the penis. If the tip is only about the size of a pencil eraser, all those nerves are much more closely spaced and this means that the clitoris is vastly more sensitive. This has its good points and its bad. The bad is that it cannot take a lot of long term stimulation. Very soon it will become too sensitive to touch directly.
