Get off the computer and go hang out with girls your age..every guy has been through what you're going through and deals with it. I did. Now I'm married (at 23) and get sex when I want. That's how it goes..
Since you think you're ready to have sex, you might as well google image variations of "STD" so you can get an idea of what's out there. Hopefully, that should deter you from doing stupid stuff.
