Unfortunately the first time, with anyone, is never the best, most memorable sex you will have with that person - like him/her or not. Sorry to bust your daydream but it is very true. (Yes, I would know.) It takes time to get yourselves sync'd, find out what works where, when, and how.

What you need now is not 'memorable sex' but 'educational sex' and for that, you need someone who knows more than you do. So going for a girl who knows just as much or even less than you do is not the best and/or brightest allocation of your time. (Besides which, most of them are going after guys older and more 'educated' than you.)

One-night stands have a habit, at least with me, of becoming LTRs. You may find that this is the case with you. So do not disparage one-night-stands. After all, one can make friends just as easily between the sheets as one does elsewhere.
