It may make sense, mary kate, but it is generally no longer the medical theory. There are movies of the uterus expelling menstrual fluid in spurts during menstraution. Some believe that on relaxation it may suck semen in. This was a theory promoted by some of the Masters and Johnsons findings of the mid-twentieth century.
At best this is irrelevant because many, many women become pregnant without orgasm. The uterine contractions are similar to all the other muscles of the lower abdomen entering spasm as they release the tension of sexual arousal.
