This weekend I finally had sex with this girl I have been seeing for nearly three months. I am not used to waiting anything like this long, and to be honest I was very sexually frustrated.

The problem is, when I finally got her knickers off I lasted thirty seconds - I was just so excited I couldn't contain myself.

I've alwasy been a bit of a neanderthal and sex is like a need rather than a pleasure, but I pride myself onmy ability to last and pleasure her (normally before the first time I'd have had a tommy tank before meeting her, but didn't get the opportunity.

I understand there are delay sprays, but these only work with condoms and she's on the pill...
