Your girlfriend sounds like she is timid and embarrassed about discussing things with a doctor or having an exam and to the extent that even talking with her mother has not happened for a week. She would much rather put up with possible health risks not to mention the discomfort and inconvenience than a few minutes embarrassment and getting treatment.
This is something to be concerned about and she is in denial paralyzed by the truth and not being able to move herself toward treatment. I rather doubt there is anything you can do except help her to understand that this might very possibly become serious the longer she waits to get a diagnosis and treatment.
