I'm a little confussed. You want to find a girl, but you want to e titty fucked, are you sure you don't want to titty fuck a girl? If you want to be titty fucked, that means you will need to look for a guy not a girl, and that's a whole another issue.
To be completely honest, some of your hobbies seem nerdy like video games, DragonBall Z, MegaMan, and making your own video game. Those aren't things that a girl will see and think oh yes. Also you said you repel girls with your looks but you were poplar in high school. Usually the poplar kids aren't ugly duckings, so maybe you weren't as poplar as you thought or maybe personality repelled them.
The biggest thing that attracts girls is confidence. If you have a lot of confidence, not cockiness or rudeness, but confidence then you just give off a really good vibe. If you don't have confidence a girl can tell. Getting confidence is hard if you don't have any. I think competing, rather it be sports, video games, board games, etc.., can help build your confidence, well as long as you win some or a lot. Believing in yourself in one thing can carry over to other parts of your life like work, relationships, hobbies, etc...
Just think of how you might feel about yourself. If you down then why would a girl want you. What would make her want to be with you? But if you are up (upbeat, happy, etc...) then a girl might think well he seems pretty happy and fun to be around, so I'll give him a shot.
My next question is how did you ask those 10 girls out? Also it is a numbers game too so them ore you ask the more likely you will find a yes. You can't ask a girl and expect to get a yes every time. But about asking those 10 girls or so. Did you just walk up and ask them to be your girlfriend, or did you ask them to go have lunch/dinner, or something? If you asked them to be your girlfriend then that was to strong and straight forward. You should ask them to lunch sometime. Just something casual and slow at first so you can get to know each other. Also with the 2 girls that said they liked you, they might have liked you in the past and was a trend for them. Just like you might have liked one girl for about a month or two and that was it.
