I have much experience dealing with this - in patients. It would be extremely stupid to treat yourself (your words). The doctor in your new location should have been told of your previous diagnosis. That is why we take medical history.
Go to a doctor, women's clinic, school clinic, whatever and explain your history. Have a proper examination and get proper treatment. In the meantime, avoid sex and make a list of all your sex partners since you first became aware of your exposure. Get ready to call them.
LustyLisa has it right. Make an appointment now and do not wait until your next regular exam. You have a disease, you know you have a disease, you know you can spread a disease. Get it treated.
