Well ..... nothing.
It takes a lot of blood and good blood pressure to maintain an erection. If you are otherwise completely relaxed, this is no big trick. Whilst standing and with whatever tensing of muscles you are doing, there can be an issue.
Physical issues could be low blood pressure or simply an inadequate amount of blood. The former requires a discussion with your doctor; the, latter requires more liquid in your diet. Drink water.
