Personally, I'd get the hell out of there immediately. However, you could get get her to the point of orgasm, then just stop and tell her that she's got to get you off before you'll take her to fruition. But...if you're an evil man, you could get her to the point of orgasm, stop and tell her you're tired and are going home. The last option is a bit childish, but payback can be fun.
