The male is a sperm machine. Beginning in puberty the testicles begin producing prodigious amount of sperm - so much that it causes nocturnal emissions if the excess sperm and semen is not regularly drained.
This production, at a slower rate, continues until death or other factors catch up with the man involved. Absent any disease or non-sexual damage, the answer is simply: no.
