It's never time to call it quits!

A couple of years back I was in a similarish situation. Late 20's, and not many girls were interested in me. Those that were just wanted a shoulder to cry on, a one night stand and for one exceptionally horrid girl a mobile wallet! I was feeling pretty sick of it (and sorry for myself).

Eventually I decided that things needed to change, and made a really hard decision to quit my job and take some time off to travel the world. Although it was really hard being out of my comfort zone at first, I met a lot of different people from different places with different cultures which really opened up my world view.

Although I didn't form any long term relationships whilst traveling, when I arrived back people whom previously rejected me were suddenly chatty and friendly. I came to realize that although I was the same person inside, outwardly a lot of things about myself had changed. I was fitter and thus better looking, I was more confident and extroverted, I had a whole lot of fun (and exotic) experiences to talk about and my body language made me appear far more open and friendly.

Of course, I found most of those chatty women were not for me, but at least I was in the driving seat! Eventually I found someone whom sparked, and we have been in a relationship for about 10 months now.

If you really have tried everything 'normal' then perhaps it is time for a similar life-changing event on your end. My own was frightening before it started and then hell for the first few months as I adjusted, but looking back, it was the best decision I ever made.

I know that with the economy being rubbish, perhaps now is not the best time to quit a stable job to go traveling as I did, but perhaps there is an option to transfer to another branch, similar job in another state or something similar.

Hope this helps...
