I have noticed for me,

Easy ways
-not masturbating as much.. maybe one every 4 days or so.
-working out; lifting weights produces testosterone.
-drinking water

For supplements

L-Arginine is great. Take at least 2 grams 15 min before sexual activity.
Yohimbe works AWESOME. Take one dose an hour before sexual activity.

Combine all of that together.

Before a very special event of sexual activity, I take a dose of Yohimbe, than 45 min later I take 4 grams of L-Arginine. 15 min later we start having fun. Keep in mind, this is after a very rigorous workout with intense weight lifting to get my testosterone going. Drinking lots of water.
