I don't think Gräffenberg discovered the spot or area, he was just the first to actually discuss it as an anatomical entity. Later it was named Gräffenberg area or spot after him. What he said about any part being orgasmic was ecoed by Masters and Johnson several decades later.
After one gets down these basics of genital stimulation he/she can begin experimenting with non genital orgasm. This requires an even keener sense of observation so start practicing your ability to recognize orgasm according to Evil Evil Kittens list of signs. Oh just PRACTICE EVERYTHING!
