Clean out using a bulb ear syringe and warm (not HOT) water. Do it several times until the water comes back clean. It is not necessary or advisable to use a lot of water . . . . you're only interested in cleaning the lower bowel, not a full on colonic. Too much water can be difficult to expel and cause things to start moving, causing a bigger mess.
