There is an old sticky somewhere where I laid out the medical facts for anal sex. In the long term, the least bad thing that will happen is she will develop hemorrhoids. The anus is a one way valve - designed to hold stuff in and then allow it to pass outwardly. We are simply not designed to have something the size of a penis enter us there.
