I've had discharge similar to a yeast infection (cheese like), and my partner says I taste mildly sour. The thought of a yeast infection hadn't crossed my mind as I had NO irritation at all. I went to my soctor to get it checked, and I apparently don't have a yeast infection at all! I was tested for all sorts of things that day, but came back negative for everything. I'm a very clean person, and am not sure what this could be.
What could cause this type of discharge along with a sour taste aside from an infection of some sort?
