I assume you mean the IUD and hit the S by mistake.
Why have you not had a period in two years? That is key information to answer your question. If you were on long term hormonal contraception such as the shot, implants or the one period a year dosage of hormones, it takes some women a long time to get readjusted.
Be glad you have Beta Thallasemia Minor rather than Major. Minor usually has no apparent symptoms or significant negative effects. It is usually found only with special testing. There must have been a reason for your doctor testing for it. That reason could make all the difference in what any physician would say.
Some women do experience cramping in the first few months after insertion of an IUD. Most adjust within a few months. It is very unlikely that pregnancy has occurred especially with the history of amenorrhea.
Given what you have laid out here, I recommend you sit down with the doctor and discuss the whole group of stuff at once. I would certainly make no recommendation based on this partial information. You have been living with this for twelve months now; get to the doctor and get some answers.
