1. You can urinate with this suppository in place. The urine passes out through the urethra and does not affect the contents of the vagina.
2. You can douche after intercourse and, regrettably, some women do. Regular of frequent douching upsets the ecosystem that keeps the vagina healthy and should be done only for specific purposes.
