Ducy..stop this now...this is nonsense. Go & get Muscle & Fitness Magazine and follow it.
I have watched many build the hard way--doing & pushing limits. One is myself, another my brother, another is a friend who is a personal trainer w/his own studio.
Others involved in the supplements & steroids? NUTS...only look good for a short period of time then they loose it. If we don't work out, we don't loose the muscle!
You don't get a good body out of a bottle...it take time to work & to break through plateaus.
