Well, I think you need to learn self control just like the majority of the rest of us. We all know what it is like to be ruled by our raging hormones or by the lacking of what we once enjoyed, yet, there are thousands of people living and working away from home and female companionship for a year or more at a time. Even in the army where brothels are often nearby a base, even when using condoms, guys often came down with social diseases and worse.
Your best rule of thumb is to consider anybody in this profession as suspect. Why? Even if they just had or recently had a medical screening, there is always a chance that night or the day after to contract something and pass it along. Better safe than sorry. Keep "it" zipped.
What do you think the rest of us guys do when we have no female companionship? Join the crowd then. Suck it up and masturbate a lot! Next begin dating.
