There is a good chance that people will apply the lube all over the inside of the condom and this is dangerous. Similarly, there is a reason why "only" is underlined. You want the condom to stimulate the sensitive nerve endings of the Glans yet cling to the shaft of the penis.

So, I guess putting a drop of lube in the tip of the condom before he puts it on would be what you are talking about? Or are you talking about rubbing the lube on his glans before putting the condom on?
