I sincerely apologize for not having acknowledged your post earlier. Thank you for the prompt response. I guess I was curious as whether these is a certain gradation in the exercise over time. I mean, do you keep working on the same thing? On what basis do you measure your improvement? I guess something with tangible immediate goals would be great. Any thoughts on this?
