I hope I am not posting this in the wrong place. First, I'd like to appreciate the advice you give on this forum.There is a strong element of sensitivity that you extend to others in this forum that is quite rare to find - especially with regard to this subject.
Your "squeeze" technique description suggests that it should be performed with a partner. I was wondering you had suggestions for someone that does not have this luxury right now. I realize it's not ideal but anything that helps will be good. I look forward to hearing more from you on the subject.
