See the problem with saying that incest is just “wrong” is that every one has a different view on what is right or wrong. There are a lot of people that would say the homosexuality is wrong, but that in no way gives them a right to prevent people from engaging in homosexual behavior. They simply have the right not to engage in it them selves. The same goes for incest, who are we to say that it is wrong or immoral. If one disagree with incest then they don’t have to participate, but they don’t have the right to stop others from engaging.

It all comes down to the point of the First Amendment, (yes I am using the Constitution to defend incest). The genius of the First is that there is no way that everyone will have a common belief it what is right. The point of the government not respecting an establishment of religion is that it is not the precognitive of the government to say what is moral. A person has the right to do whatever they want as long as it does not directly harm another person. This all ultimately comes down to the Pursuit of Happiness, if having sex with a family member brings you happiness and the sex is fully consensual, it is not our or our governments right to say we can’t.

As for this whole discussion involving me, I will have no part of it here. This thread is about incest and this should be an academic debate about it. If you feel like attacking my age or intelligence, go ahead. I will not dignify it with stooping to your level of ad homonym attacks. Those of you that defended me, thank you very much, I really do appreciate it. I have faith that the majority will be intelligent enough to see these fallacious arguments as such.
