As to the original poster's subject, I started a thread on the doc a long time ago and yes, I think it's really well done. Anyone who is struggling with their own sexual orientation or someone else's because of religious issues should check it out.
Maybe it's just because I've been lucky or where I live, but I haven't run into much unease with homosexuality by males in a long time. Obviously I know it's out there, and most people aren't going to say it to your face but you can usually sense it.
As far as religion, well, my partner and I are Unitarian Universalists, and our gay status practically makes us stars at our church! LOL! We're the first male couple to join . . . there are quite a few lesbians though.
