Hell, I am Catholic & have no issue with those who are gay or bi...I do not believe the bible condemns them nor does the God I know condemn them. Think about when the Bible was written; it was written as those "viewed" what appeared correct. I so not believe the Red Sea Parted either...just low tide which allowed passage. However, it was their opinion of what happened at that time & their explanations. I do not denounce my religion; meanwhile, I cannot believe what is written or taught. I choose to think for myself. After all the Christians believe "God loves all his children" which would make him/her non-judgemental. I can shoot down many of the Catholic thoughts/teachings...I was married for many years; have a Church annulment (x2) and yet they view me as "never being a married woman". Makes no logical sense to me & I am not supposed to engage in ANY sex until marriage--it would be a hell of a wait if I followed this philosophy. So why would anyone dislike those who have homosexual relationships? One answer; their own insecurity.
