I treat male friends the same as female, no difference. I ask you only call, knowing I am tied up [male or female friends] if it's a dire emergency & same thing with the middle of the night. If in a exclusive relationship we knew the other's friends and there is no issue of who is hanging out with who, male or female. It was a part of our relationship with friends & the man I dated of trust. No big deal.
