Since I was 14 or so I realized I was able to do that, here are some recommendations:
1. always try it after a workout routing or something like that
2. to get your body more flexible try to reach the floor with your open hands with our bending your knees.
If you try this for... I don't know... maybe 1 month you will be able to do it in time.
I didn't do this, but I can reach it any way, I guess i´m just flexible enough to bend over.
