Next time; be certain you also add a spermicidal vaginal contraceptive [I.E.: Jelly, Foam, or film] along with the condom. In case the condom leaks on the outside at the base of your penis or the condom breaks; you both have an back up method in place already working. Adding the spermicide afterwards will do nothing [if anything it will push the semen further in/up] and condoms with a spermicide [prepackaged] do not supply enough to be effective.
