Go buy a pregnancy test at the pharmacy, have her pee on it - there's your answer. Walmart sells pregnancy tests for $4.00, and they sit right out in the open with the rest of the condoms and everything. You don't even have to ask the pharmacy tech to get one for you. Affordable and readily available - no excuse to not go and get one.
Consider this a mental test. After all the stress and worry that you've put yourself through the last few days, do you really feel ready for a child? Maybe now is a good time to re-evaluate the need to have a sex life.
