Actually, (unless I'm misreading you! LOL) a woman's g-spot is in the same place as every other woman (usually), just like the clitoris. I think the reason why people get confused is:
1. Unlike the clitoris, you can't see where you're going.
2. Finding the g-spot, different women have different reactions to stimulation of their g-spot.
Some women love the feeling and sends them to intense orgasms, others find it annoying, and still others feel nothing at all. I believe that these are the reasons why "finding the g-spot" is such a mystery for people, when in reality it really isn't much of a mystery at all.
Finally, (to throw in another wrench), there many in the medical community that still do not believe in the "existence of the g-spot." So not only do you have the above reasons, but you have a split between the medical community and many sex therapists.
