Polyurethane Condoms

I've recently tried polyurethane condoms, and they are much more sensitive and smoother, allowing us at least 15min of pain free sex. However, they are too small for me. I can only put them on when softer, and then never get fully hard because it's too constricting. I'm usually between 6.25 and 6.75 in girth, occasionally slightly more if very relaxed and really hard. Can anyone suggest a type of condom for larger girth that won't conflict with the following issue?

When my gf is near and shortly after her cycle, her vagina becomes much more sensitive and prone to tearing or abrasion. This could be exacerbated by taking Enbrel, which makes her skin thinner and sensitive. During these times, a latex condom is too abrasive, especially since we tend to have 2-5hr sessions with up to a couple hrs of penetration. Even during 5minutes of soft penetration though, the latex still hurts with plenty of lube.
